Plans have changed, & there will be a Memorial Service for LTC(R) Ernest "Brian" Carroll. The Service will be held on Monday, December 4th, at 1:00 PM. at Jacksonville National Cemetery, located at 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL.
They have requested instead of flowers, please donate to your local chapter of the Special Forces Association, cards
