Below is an invitation with all of the details to also invite your Club to join & celebrate!

 

I am requesting a group of VETERANS in uniform to come in and help celebrate ARMED FORCES DAY!

LOCATION: Mission BBQ- 4412 WESTON ROAD DAVIE FL, 33331

 

PLEASE PASS ALONG AND INVITE OTHER LOCAL VFWs and American Legions (Broward County & Miami Dade County) As many as you can, there's no limit. We have food for everyone!

 

Event: ARMED FORCES DAY

Benefiting: Honoring all Branches/Veterans :)

I am also requesting joint Motorcycle Clubs to come out in unison !!!!

Ie: Legion Riders and other VA Motorcycle clubs

 

Lunch will also be provided for everyone who joins in. 

We like to think everyday is Armed Forces Day. We are grateful for the services and sacrifices of those men and women who have put on to protect and defend the Freedoms of our Country!  

 

During the week, leading up to Armed Forces Day each year at MISSION BBQ we make it a very special day. At noon we will have a live version of the National Anthem and we recognize all members of the Armed Forces in attendance. It would be our privilege to serve you!

Chapter Misc information

Hello Members and Friends of the Association,

 

Please join us at 1130 on April 27th for our chapter meeting at American Legion Post 31, 7710 SW 59th Avenue, South Miami just south of Sunset Drive across from Baptist Health South Miami Hospital. 

 

Hot dogs and hamburgers with fries will be served and beer is available. 

 

(This venue is “Cash Only”)

The Iraq Afghanistan War Memorial arrived in Port St Lucie 20 April 24

Hello Members and Friends of the Association,

The following announcement and dedication took place this past Saturday and the names are included in the ‘Spec Ops names  Dedication’ Word attachment.  The resized photograph attachments are the monument that, unfortunately are unreadable.

Just a reminder for the memorial dedication in honor of Floridians who served in our nation's wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and those who made the ultimate sacrifice.  Details and the names of SOF fallen in the attachments.

 

The Iraq Afghanistan War Memorial arrived in Port St Lucie, received by the City representative Mr Pruitt and the project founder Steve Udovich. Complete build is nearly finished and ready for the Dedication ceremony scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 12:00pm. (pictures attached)

I received an email from our Airborne Brother Randall Piernick he is inviting all Airborn veterans & their families to 
an All Airborne Breakfast / Luncheon on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM at The Hialeah Golden 
Corral is located at 1734 West 49 Street (AKA NW 103 St) below he has also included the information for the SFAAC 
Zoom meeting.

     Mrs.Francesca, and spiritual friend of mine, is the lead manager of Golden Coral, at 1734 West 49th Street, Hialeah, Florida, with picture attached,named displayed, showing her phone number and the two empty rooms where we will be eating. She wants to know if my Airborne brothers in SFAAC, are going to the scheduled meeting at the Golden Coral. She said she will give them VIP treatment and have waiters and waiters in our two rooms.I sent a photographic message to leadership individual and several others in text message sent on Has anybody acknowledge all texts. 3/24/2024 at 1700 hrs.
       Paratroopers' Bibles, chains and necklaces with the Patron Saint of Paratroopers, Michael the Seraphin, will be awarded  for FREE and a drawing for a bottle of Crown Royal Supreme per ticket.
