Good morning, 

 

The Miami VA is excited to announce that we are now offering COVID-19 vaccine to all enrolled, eligible Veterans in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties, regardless of age or medical history. Please see the attached flyer with information for our walk in clinics and fact sheets regarding ongoing COVID-19 Vaccine programs at VA clinics in South Florida.

Miami VA Healthcare System now offering COVID-19 Vaccines to ALL eligible Veterans in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties

 

MIAMI  All Veterans, regardless of age, in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties who are active patients of the Miami VA Healthcare System are now being offered the COVID-19 vaccine. 

 

Vaccines are available for walk-ins or by appointment, as supply allows. Appointments are not required, although encouraged. Veterans must receive care in VA and there is no cost to get the vaccine. 

 

Veterans can receive their vaccination at the following locations while supply allows:

 

Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center

1201 NW 16th St, Miami FL 33125 

Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Walk In and By Appointment

 

William “Bill” Kling VA Clinic

9800 W Commercial Blvd, Sunrise FL 33351

Monday – Saturday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Walk In and By Appointment

 

Enrolled patients can also make an appointment at our Key West VA Clinic and Homestead VA Clinic, however these locations offer COVID-19 vaccination by appointment only. 

 

Veterans must be enrolled and eligible for VA health care benefits. Veterans must be able to return to the same site for their second dose. 

 

To schedule an appointment, Veterans can call 305.575.7000 or contact their care team. 

 

Veterans can visit https://www.miami.va.gov/services/covid-19-vaccines.asp for information and updates on our COVID-19 vaccination program.
